Account Support

  • What is my Affiliate link?
    Your affiliate link is the special URL which was assigned to you when you signed up as a distributor. It allows us to track commissions when you refer people to Lokahi Guru.
    Affiliates earn 25% commission on every direct referral sale and 5%. For more information or to become a Lokahi Guru Affiliate, click here.

  • How Does it Work?
    The process works automatically through affiliate links, cookies, and our record keeping.

    A customer just clicks on a ready-made ad or a link in an email that you send. This is known as your “Affiliate Link“ because has a tag on the end that reads “?ap_id=”yourname“. If they were to simply go straight to www.lokahi.guru, then we wouldn’t have any way of tracking that customer as yours! So, when they click through using your affiliate link, they will go to: “lokahi.guru?ap_id=”yourname” Get it?

    The customer’s IP is recorded and a “cookie” is placed in their browser for tracking purposes.

    When your customer orders, the order will be registered as a sale for you and you will receive commission for the sale. You will receive recurring commission on auto-ship (subscription) orders for as long as the customer is a subscriber! This is an excellent way to build a residual income base.

    As an affiliate you don’t have to worry about carrying inventory, shipping, tracking customers, etc.

  • What if I forgot my password?
    Lokahi Guru has three account types: Retail Customers, Affiliates, and Distributors. Each account type has a separate login page. On the log-in page there is a link to retrieve your password.

  • How do I log into my Lokahi Guru affiliate account?

Compliance

  • How do I choose a username?
    Usernames can be any word or number combination up to 12 characters. Your username will be part of your affiliate referral link. For example, if you choose gs2014 as a username, your affiliate link will be https://lokahi.guru/?ap_id=gs2014 (affiliate links are not case sensitive)

  • May I use Lokahi Guru as part of my own personal branding?
    No. You may however use any of the growing number of official ads and creatives we supply. You may use our logos and a a reasonable portion of our trademarked material in your marketing efforts, however it must be clear to the reader that you are an “affiliate” (e.g. separate entity) and not an employee or other operative of the company. Phrases like, “Joe Smith, Lokali Guru affiliate” or “Joe Smith, Lokahi Guru” are okay.
  • How do I report social media pages and websites that are not in compliance?
    If you see a social media page or website that is not in compliance, please report it to admin@lokahi.guru
  • May I create YouTube videos to promote my Lokahi Guru products?
    Videos are approved on a case-by-base basis. Videos must comply completely to our guidelines. For now, you may only use our approved videos for your promotions.
  • I am a website designer, may I build a site for these products?
    As an Affiliate you have access to company-created banner ads and creatives (approved email copy, Facebook postings, etc.). You may create a website that features approved copy about Recharge™ solely for the purpose of driving traffic to your affiliate link. Any website featuring our products must be in complete compliance with the Affiliate Agreement. Distributors who carry inventory may also create websites that contain approved copy for the purpose of marketing Recharge™ and other Lokahi Guru products through their site.

Product Questions

  • What is the Lokahi return policy?
    Returns from customers to distributors are handled by the discretion of the distributor. The manufacturer, Telorestore Inc, (dba Lokahi Guru) does not accept returns from distributors but returns of unopened product from our direct customers will be considered on a case by case basis.

Affiliate Compensation

  • Is there an affiliate or distributor fee? If so, what is included?
    There is currently no distributor or affiliate fee. Affiliates are required to agree to and comply with our affiliate terms and submit appropriate tax ID information (W9) to receive commission. Distributors must make a minimum purchase of 12 bottles (1 carton) in a single order. Distributors receive up to 60% discount.

  • When are earned commissions issued?
    Commissions are paid monthly, on the 15th of the month.

  • Where can I find the Affiliate/Distributor compensation plan?
    Our two-tiered affiliate compensation plan is very simple:

    Affiliates    : For each sale you refer to us, you will receive 25% commission. If someone decides to also become an affiliate from your referral link, you will receive 5% of any sale they make. If you refer someone who becomes a distributor, you will earn 5% commission on Distributor bulk orders.

    Distributors: Quantity purchases are offered at a significant discount. Distributors choose to carry an non-refundable inventory of Recharge™ and offer the product directly to their clients at the retail price of $129 (or as low as $99 by monthly subscriptions).

  • I need to return a product. What do I do?

  • Why doesn’t a tracking number show up right away in my back office?
    Tracking numbers are assigned after the product ships.
